Review title of J. PatrickAfter a year, still no serious support
Apparently Lego & Microsoft believe that you will give your seven year-old child the best tablet in the house, assuming that you have more than one, because you'll need a Windows 10 64bit tablet with an onboard memory of 4 Gb ... or else you'll be like our family with a very sweet little boy in tears because neither the box, nor the internal packaging, nor even the purchasing pages of Amazon.com indicate these system requirements. Only now that we are on the other side of this issue have these little facts come to light. My son just put in 6 weeks of work to earn this expensive learning system - and was so damned excited - but is now asleep after we've spent hours trying to figure out (a) why we cannot download the app, (b) how to at least find building instructions without the ap (because you need it otherwise), (c) hoping to find a patch or a work-around, and (d) discovering that support is non-existant.My son fell asleep, waiting in tears, and it is on Lego and Microsoft.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced some disappointment with the LEGO® BOOST app. We're always testing new devices, and to make sure that information out there is always up-to-date, we keep the list of compatible devices at LEGO.com/DeviceCheck. If your Windows tablet isn't quite a match for the specifications, there are many other types of devices that we do support. If you have a device that does meet the requirements and you're still having trouble, we're always happy to help. You can reach us by phone, email, or live chat at LEGO.com/Service.Kind regards,EmilyLEGO® Service
